Thank you for your interest in Network Accreditation Services,
Inc. This page will request basic information about your chain operation,
the number of stores you will be registering and will require you to create a login.
Below is a listing of information you should have available before starting:
- Basic information about your Chain (address,
phone, etc.)
- The number of stores you will be registering for the
program
- A person designated at the Chain Level to receive all
communication from NASI regarding each individual store's progress and status through
the accreditation process. This person will be considered the "Chain Administrator"
- A Valid and Working email address for the "Chain Administrator"
Currently there is a minimum of 5 stores and a maximum
of 24 stores limit on
signup. If you have less than 5 stores
then you should sign them up individually.

Note: Your account will not be approved until we have received payment from
you. At the end of the signup process you wil be directed to view your Invoice
and be able to access this information on subsequent logins until your
chain is approved.
